TRUCK DISPATCHING • BUILT AROUND YOUR OPERATION

KEEP YOUR TRUCK MOVING. KEEP MORE OF THE LOAD.

We work the load boards, negotiate the rate, stay on the broker and handle the paperwork — so your hours go to driving, not dialing.

01

Owner-Operators

One truck. Full attention, every load.

02

Small Fleets

Coordinated like a fleet, not a queue.

03

Multiple Equipment Types

Matched to what you actually haul.

04

Dedicated Dispatch Support

A dispatcher who knows your operation.

WHAT WE HANDLE

Dispatch that covers the whole run.

From the first search on the board to the delivery confirmation, the dispatch work happens here — not on your dash while you're driving.

GET STARTED

Freight found around your truck — not around a board. We search based on your equipment, preferred lanes, home time and operating requirements, then present the loads worth your miles.

The first number a broker offers is a starting point. We negotiate toward stronger RPM and better terms before anything is booked.

Check calls, scheduling, directions and problems — we stay on the phone with brokers so you can stay on the road.

Rate confirmations, BOL workflow and carrier-packet setup — coordinated from booking through delivery.

When a shipper burns your clock, we pursue legitimate detention and TONU requests with the documentation to back them.

Every load is booked with the next one in mind — fewer empty miles and a truck that's positioned for what comes after delivery.

HOW IT WORKS

From first call to rolling.

01

Tell us about your operation

Equipment, authority, preferred lanes and goals.

02

We build your load strategy

Where the truck needs to be, and what freight fits.

03

We source + negotiate

Matching freight found, terms pursued with the broker.

04

You haul. We handle dispatch.

The run stays moving while we manage the workflow.

EQUIPMENT

Freight that fits what you pull.

Six equipment types, dispatchers who know the difference — because a reefer load is not a flatbed load.

THE DISPATCH DESK

Behind every truck is a desk keeping the run moving.

Lane research, rate checks, appointment scheduling, check calls, paperwork, detention follow-up — the workflow that turns a load board listing into a paid, delivered load.

  • Lanes compared before the truck commits to one.
  • Rates checked against the market, not accepted on faith.
  • Pickup and delivery windows tracked from booking to BOL.
  • Accessorials pursued when the schedule slips — not ignored.

FOR CARRIERS

YOUR TRUCK. YOUR DECISION. OUR DISPATCH.

You built the authority. You make the payments. So every load we find is presented to you before anything is booked — with the rate, the miles and the fine print up front. Your truck, your decision, every time.

WHY WORLDWIDE DISPATCH

Difference you can measure on a settlement.

01

Smarter load matching

Freight matched against your actual equipment, operating preferences and preferred lanes — not just whatever's posted highest this hour.

02

Stronger negotiation

The first offered rate is a starting point. We come back with market context and push for better RPM and better terms.

03

Less deadhead

We think beyond today's load. Deliveries are considered against what's next, so the truck ends closer to its next pickup than its last one.

04

One point of contact

Clear communication with a dispatcher who knows your operation — not a rotation of strangers reading a file note.

05

Paperwork handled

Rate confirmations, BOL-related workflow and carrier-packet documents moved without you chasing anyone for them.

06

Real human support

Call dispatch and a person answers — someone familiar with your truck, your equipment and the run it's on right now.

CARRIER ONBOARDING

Tell us about your truck. We'll take it from there.

Send your operation details and a dispatcher will reach out to walk through lanes, equipment and how we'd run your truck.

No documents or payments are requested at this stage. Carrier setup — packet, W-9 and insurance certificates — is handled with a dispatcher after the first conversation.

Goes straight to dispatch — you'll hear back shortly.

ABOUT WORLDWIDE DISPATCH

A dispatch team, built around carriers.

Worldwide Dispatch is a truck dispatch service working with owner-operators, carriers and small fleets operating across the U.S. freight market. We're not a brokerage and we don't own trucks — our job is the dispatch work: finding the right freight, negotiating the rate and running the paperwork so carriers can run their business from the driver's seat.

Every operation is set up around how that carrier actually runs — equipment, preferred lanes, home time, risk tolerance. The same lanes, the same loads and the same RPM don't work for every truck, so nothing here is templated.

  • A dispatch service — not a freight brokerage.
  • Built for owner-operators, carriers and small fleets.
  • Load approval stays with the carrier, always.

FAQ

Straight answers.

A dispatcher finds loads that fit your equipment and lanes, negotiates rates with brokers, handles the booking and paperwork, and stays on top of the load from pickup to delivery — check calls, scheduling, appointments and problem solving — so the driver can focus on driving.

Owner-operators, individual carriers and small fleets running under their own authority. If you run one truck or a handful, dispatch is set up around your equipment and how you like to operate.

Dry van, reefer, flatbed and step deck (including conestoga setups), hotshot and box truck. Each is dispatched differently — a reefer appointment and a tarp-required flatbed load are not the same job — so your dispatcher works your equipment specifically. If you run something else, ask; we'll confirm honestly whether it's a fit.

Yes. Loads are presented to you with rate, miles, lanes and pickup details before anything is booked. You approve what the truck runs — dispatch handles everything behind it.

Before calling, we look at what comparable freight is paying on that lane. Then we negotiate from that position — pursuing stronger RPM, better fuel or stop terms, and realistic appointment windows — rather than accepting the first posted number.

Rate confirmations, BOL-related workflow, broker setup packets and the dispatch documentation that travels with each load. Anything requiring a signature or a legal decision on your authority is always sent to you.

Yes — when a facility holds your truck past free time or cancels after arrival, we pursue the accessorial with the broker using timestamps and documentation. Outcomes depend on the rate confirmation terms, so we also watch for unreasonable detention clauses before booking.

Submit the onboarding form or call dispatch. The first conversation covers your equipment, lanes and goals. After that, carrier setup is simple — basic company documents and insurance certificates — and dispatch can start working your truck. Compliance specifics for your authority should be confirmed with your own legal or compliance professional.

Yes. We dispatch carriers running in Canada as well as across the United States — same process, same rates negotiation and the same rule: load approval always stays with you.
